For the production of ovens and machines, our company uses exclusively modern tecnologies and carefully chosen materials; also make use of specialized personnel to ensure reliable, long-lasting products, reducing production costs and therefore at extremely competitive prices on the international market.
GIMA FORNI is not only synonymous of professional ovens for the bakery and pastry sectors: over the years we have developed a series of average systems for the production of bread with a daily production capacity up to 4000/7000kg.
GIMA is able to offer a complete range of ovens: rack ovens, steam pipes ovens, electric deck oven, modular and ventilated ovens, as well as professional machines and equipment that can help and simplify the daily work of bakers and pastry chefs.
